Process
Retro Route UFH Ltd will review your requirements and will produce your quotation which will be emailed to you for review, along with our Terms and Conditions that need to be considered.
If you accept our quotation, we will require you to sign and return our Terms and Conditions, once this is received an invoice will be raised for the deposit. On receipt of your deposit a member of our team will contact you to create a Personal File for your project detailing your requirements. We will then instruct one of our team of designers to produce a CAD / Schematic drawing detailing pipe runs, manifold and thermostat positions.
(Please Note: This service normally requires 24 hours to complete)
Once these drawings have been produced, they will be sent to you for your approval, when this information is agreed we will allocate one of our professional installation team to your project, confirm the start date which will be agreed by both parties via email as confirmation.
On Arrival
Our installation team whilst setting up and checking your measurements of the areas to be milled will run through the process from start to finish and will update on the progression of works during the installation if required.
Once Complete
Once the installation is complete, we will require a signature of completion from you. An invoice for the balance of the quoted works will be issued.
